"a pleasure to meet you..."
name;; my name is Holmes.
age;; four years old
gender;; male | boy | etc.
species;; a gerberian shepsky
{german shepherd x siberian husky}
"looking into a mirror..."
a rather soft fur color for the breed that he is, Holmes has golden colored fur on the majority of his body, the only true color differentiation existing in his face/ muzzle and his tail. the tip of his tail is a dark brown- black color, darkest at the furthest tip and fading up to a gold just a third of the way up the tail. his face and muzzle markings are of a similar black- dark brown color, a framing like appearance about his eyes and muzzle with his ears having the darkest of colors and the sides of his face being a slightly lighter brown color. his nose is a dark color, more of a black color, and his eyes are a milk chocolate brown that are framed by the golden fur. his ears are rather tall, as is his stature. he's quite a large sized dog as he is a cross breed of a husky and a german shepherd, and he weighs quite an amount, though it's not as if he's obese. he doesn't get nearly enough food to be that large- let's just say he's a healthy enough weight for his breed.
"beneath the fur..."
Holmes, much like his name, is quite a clever dog and he is quick to get out of a troublesome situation, often taking a rather cowardly way out. He doesn't really fight, instead, he'll just find a way to talk his way out of a fight, or he just runs. Which doesn't always work out and he's got bite marks left on his legs from those failures.
In a way, Holmes just prefers to be in the background of any situation, and he keeps his mouth shut a majority of the time and his wit is helped by his thoughtfulness as he often just observes instead of speaking and if he does choose to speak, it's usually something that's rather emotionless or something simple. In this, he's a simple character. He doesn't mind being alone, but he enjoys being around others just for the sake of watching the interactions of others. As a whole, he's soft spoken, but clever and he enjoys taunting those who threaten him, as long as he can get away without anything more than a verbal argument.
"looking over my shoulder..."
He was born in the streets. Some of his siblings had been caught up through the years, but he never kept up with them anyways and it hardly bothered him. He's not well known in the streets however, often keeping away from others as every time he met up with others an argument seemed to start, and he just grew tired of running from arguments after a while. And though he doesn't care for the Clockworkers, he's come to the realization that they've never directly affected him, but he figures that if he can meet others who dislike them, it wouldn't hurt to make friends through a shared ideology.
