getting to know
looks on the outside
she has jet black glossy fur. it's sleek, and well-kept. her ears are velvety and softer than her head, back, ect. her pads are rough from traveling on rocks and hard ground a lot.
eyes
her eyes are a goldish brown. sometimes referred to as an amber. one eye looks a bit more yellow, the other a light brown. they both have hints of brown and gold.
body
she is medium sized with fairly long legs. she's pretty thin, but not so much that her ribs show.
her long legs help her run faster. and her rough pads are useful when walking on rocks or hard ground

Dakota is fairly laid back, but not considered lazy.
her mind may take a while to 'process' things, so her answers may not be quick and thoughtful like others. she's quite smart, though. don't get her wrong. but her brain isn't a quick thinker. her replies may be slow, but she likes taking a while to think about it. it gives her a better chance of coming up with a better reply.
her long legs easily help her escape from anything that might be dangerous. she has found out that others find it kind of hard to keep up. but if you're as fast as a cheeta, you could probably out run her. but that doesn't matter much, she doesn't think of things as races.
sometimes she doesn't mind losing, other times she can't stand it. she usually likes to win, but sometimes lets the other person {animal win.

Dakota is a very quiet dog. she can easily sneak past someone, but does better at night. sometimes she isn't too quiet on her paws, and can be quite clumsy. but that doesn't seem to bother her.
she likes to be friendly but can often come out as harsh. it mainly depends who you are and how you speak. but her answers who come out fast. her mind isn't built that way. she hates how her mind works like that, but also enjoys it because it gives her more time to think of a good answer.
she prefers to walk around at night, because all people {animals see are her glowing cat like eyes. her jet black fur blends in, so she can easily sneak up on someone. but if she makes a ton of noise, they wont know who she is or what she's doing.
